Promotion is a key component of the practice of marketing and it gets to the core of business. The goal is to get customers in the door and ring the cash register. The execution of promotions still needs to keep the customer in mind, however. Get them excited and tell them why to buy Right Now. But just shouting won’t get the message across. The message of why the customer should buy must be clear, direct and it must convey urgency, and, most importantly, it must tell the customer why they should care!
